Hop Alley is a restaurant, with a small in-house brewery. The brew system is right behind the bar, in full view, which is always a bonus.
They had 5 beers on tap. The Hellfire IPA was excellent. It seems the owner is still working to perfect the other recipes (or should be). The bartender was great…but I’m not rushing back soon.
