This brewery has some awesome beers and ciders. Two standouts: Till Death Brew Us Part and Boone Creek Blonde Ale. Till Deal Brew Us Part was brewed by one of their brewers for his own wedding, and it includes 3 wines. It’s hard to describe the taste, other than outstanding. I bought several cans to take home. The Boone Creek Blonde is a gold medal winner, and has the smoothest taste and finish I think I’ve ever tasted in a blonde ale.
The tasting room has great atmosphere. They don’t give tours — which is a shame — but you can see the brewing equipment easily from the tasting room. The food truck has great tacos, and only $3. I also liked the bathrooms, where each door is labeled ‘Humans’. This is a great place, and I’d love to go back.
